In the vastness of the Universe, human life can seem ephemeral. At the same time, the sense of magic and unity it inspires will remind you of the extraordinary gift of consciousness.

Full description of the activity

The excursion starts with the pick-up at your hotel on the selected day at the time specified during the online booking process. After picking up the rest of the participants at their hotels, the bus will start climbing towards the Teide National Park, stopping on the way for you to stretch your legs and take some pictures. The route offers magnificent panoramic views of the coast and the volcanic landscapes of Tenerife.

Once in the Teide National Park, you will be surrounded by the unique nature of the island. There is no better place to toast while watching a romantic sunset over the island of La Gomera. We’ll open a bottle of cava and drink it together to lift the spirits as we get ready for some stargazing.

The guides and our professional astronomers will set up an observation field with powerful telescopes and laser pointers in one of the panoramic areas of the national park, depending on the weather conditions.

Along with Hawaii and Chile, Tenerife offers some of the best stargazing conditions in the world. You will have the opportunity to observe many of the stars, planets, nebulae and galaxies while having a privileged view of the Milky Way at all times. The guides will provide detailed explanations of the celestial bodies seen while sharing with you many of the secrets of our Universe.

The excursion includes a delicious dinner, served in a typical restaurant either on the way to Teide National Park or on the way back, depending on the time of sunset.

• The itinerary and programme may change slightly depending on weather conditions. The guides will choose the best route for maximum comfort and enjoyment.

Changes and cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the contracted service, and may incur cancellation fees. Tenerife Tickets and Excursions will refund the amount paid, minus cancellation fees, using the same method of payment.
• The client may change the date of their booking, with a minimum of 24 hours notice from the scheduled start time of the contracted service. In the event of non-availability on the selected date, the amount paid will be refunded minus cancellation fees, if any, using the same method of payment.
