Full description of the activity

The tour begins with pick-up from the hotel on the chosen day, at the time specified during the online booking process. After picking up the rest of the participants at their respective hotels, the bus will begin its ascent towards Teide National Park, stopping along the way to stretch your legs and take some photos. The route offers magnificent panoramic views of the coastline and volcanic landscapes of Tenerife.

Once in the Teide National Park, you will be surrounded by the island’s unique nature. There is no better place to toast watching a romantic sunset on the island of La Gomera. We will open a bottle of cava and drink it together to lift our spirits as we prepare to gaze at the stars.

Our guides and professional astronomers will set up an observation camp with powerful telescopes and laser pointers in one of the scenic areas of the national park, depending on the weather conditions.

Together with Hawaii and Chile, Tenerife offers some of the best stargazing conditions in the world. You will have the opportunity to observe many stars, planets, nebulae and galaxies, with a privileged view of the Milky Way at all times. The guides will provide detailed explanations of the celestial bodies observed and share with you many of the secrets of our Universe.

The excursion includes a delicious dinner, served in a typical restaurant, either on the way to Teide National Park or on the way back, depending on the time of sunset.

Changes and cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the contracted service and may incur cancellation charges. Tenerife Tickets and Excursions will refund the amount paid, minus cancellation charges, using the same method of payment.
• Clients may change the date of their booking with a minimum notice of 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service. In case of non-availability on the selected date, the amount paid will be refunded minus any cancellation fees, using the same payment method.
