Description

The excursion begins with a trip across the Atlantic Ocean between the islands of Tenerife and La Gomera.

We will arrive in the town of San Sebastian, capital of the island of Columbus, where we will visit the House of Christopher Columbus, discoverer of America, and the Torre del Conde.

We will cross the Hermigua Valley and visit Agulo, recognised as the most beautiful village in Spain according to the magazine “The Times”, the Mirador de Abrante, with its spectacular views of the island, and from where we will also contemplate Tenerife with its majestic Teide Volcano.

During lunch you will witness a demonstration of the traditional Silbo Gomero, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

We will also visit Laguna Grande, within the Garajonay National Park, a Laurisilva Nature Reserve and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You will see the place where the ancient witches made their covens, and enjoy the surrounding vegetation. We will also visit Roque de Agando, an impressive volcanic rock formation.

Pick up details: We pick up only in the South of Tenerife. Please select the location closest to your accommodation. The exact pick-up time and location will be communicated to you after booking. We will inform you by message, of the nearest exact location and the time when you will meet our guides. If you do not respond to our message, we will understand that you have decided to go to the pick-up point marked outside the hotel Sol Arona Tenerife at 08:00 am. Please remember that it is compulsory to bring your Passport or Original Identity Card to access the Ferry.

To receive a full refund for the experience you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the experience, no refund will be given.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start of the experience will not be accepted.

The cut-off time is based on the local time at the location where the experience takes place.

The weather must be fine for this experience to take place.

If cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund.

There must be a minimum number of travellers on this experience.
